BAGNETified is a Philippine Restaurant. Bagnet is a crispy fried pork belly, a cross between Chicharon and Lechon Kawali, where the lean meat is crispy but not dry and the pork skin with all the pork fat is fried to a crisp.

We ordered Kare-Kare with Bagnet. Kare-Kare is a Philippine stew complimented with a thick savory peanut sauce.

Kare-Kare comes with bagoong. Bagoong is a Philippine condiment made of partially or completely fermented fish or krill and salt.

All of these are Philippine food! ❤ I love the crispiness of the bagnet! And when it’s combined with Kare-Kare… Yum!!! I really love it!!! Can’t wait to dine there again!
